Rental Rules

  • 1. Reservation of the date is carried out upon payment of 30% of the rental amount, which is non-refundable. By paying the booking fee, the client automatically agrees to the rental rules.

  • 2. The rental cost of the items is paid in full upon pickup or delivery. When receiving the items, it is necessary to sign a document and present an identity document (Our employees have the right to make a copy or take a photo of the document). In case the client comes to receive the items and does not pay the remaining rental balance - we reserve the right to refuse to issue the items without refunding the booking cost.

  • 3. Issuance and return of the items are carried out at any time, but pre-agreed in advance.

  • 4. The cost of decor rental does not include decorator services (for example - selection of decor elements, design ideas, sketches).

  • 5. In rain, our items are allowed to be used only under a roof or covered with film.

  • 6. Unauthorized changes to the appearance of the items are not allowed - nailing, gluing, repainting, cutting elements.

  • 7. Restoration of furniture or individual decor elements, as well as dry cleaning of hard-to-remove stains, are not included in the rental cost.

  • 8. If a stain appears on the upholstery of furniture during the rental - we charge an additional fee for cleaning. For example: if the stain cannot be removed by dry cleaning, we will have to reupholster it. In this case, fabric, work cost, and transportation expenses are paid.

  • 9. In case of damage or loss of the items, the client buys it or pays for repair (if it is possible).

  • 10. When issuing/returning and transporting the decor by third parties, the client is responsible for its integrity.

  • 11. We do not engage in sales, therefore buying out our catalog items is not possible, even if you really like it. All decor that you rent must be returned at the previously agreed time and you receive your deposit back for it. This decor may already have bookings after your date, therefore please do not put other events at risk. If the renter unilaterally decides to keep the decor without our consent - they are automatically placed on the blacklist of renters.

  • 12. Delivery of items is calculated individually.

  • 13. Sending decor by courier in Almaty is carried out only after full payment of the rental and deposit. The courier is ordered and controlled by the renter independently, and all financial risks in case of loss of decor are borne by the renter.

  • 14. The rental service is considered provided if the items were delivered or taken out of the warehouse. If the rented items were not used for any reason, the rental fee is not refunded.

  • 15. The items must be returned in the packaging in which they were issued. If the items are returned without the original packaging/box - an additional packaging fee is charged from the renter. Packaging cost.
